These terms govern your use of moderncueclub.ca and your purchase of a founding membership from Modern Cue Club MCC Inc. ("Modern Cue Club", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying a membership, you agree to them.

The club

Modern Cue Club is a billiards club being built in Kelowna, BC, with opening targeted for 2026. Information on the site — including features, equipment, and opening timing — describes our plans and may be refined as the build progresses. Founding members hear about material changes first.

Founding memberships

• A founding membership costs $500 CAD, one time, and is limited to the first 60 members.
• It includes the benefits listed at purchase: a founding member rate locked for life, first access to booking before public launch, priority peak-hour reservations, guest passes, founding wall recognition, and an invitation to the private opening night.
• Membership benefits begin when the club opens. Table time is booked and billed separately through the club's booking system.
• Memberships are personal to you and non-transferable, except with our written consent.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If Modern Cue Club does not open, founding memberships will be refunded in full. If you change your mind before the club opens, contact us at info@moderncueclub.com and we'll make it right.

Acceptable use of the site

Don't misuse the site: no attempting to break, overload, or interfere with it, no scraping the waitlist, and no submitting information that isn't yours.

Intellectual property

The Modern Cue Club name, wordmark, and the content of this site belong to Modern Cue Club MCC Inc.. You may not use them commercially without our written permission.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law of British Columbia.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes

We may update these terms as the club moves from build to opening. The date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be announced to founding members by email.
